- Semolina bread, salted butter and Cantabrian anchovies paired with a glass of a reserve of 30 Valdobbiadene DOCG harvests from the Drusian winery.
FIRST
- Artisan egg pasta tagliolini with courgette, mint and lemon cream paired with a glass of Roero Arneis Val Di Tana DOCG from the Fontanafredda winery.
SECOND
- Sliced beef with Sichuan pepper, stritoli and lentil salad accompanied by tartar mayonnaise paired with a fine glass of Barolo di Serrallunga d'Alba DOCG.
SWEET
- Artisan Cantucci from Narciso paired with an aged Barolo Chinato .
